Our Providers

Carolyn Kollar, DO, FACOOG

As a board-certified OB/GYN, Dr. Kollar, DO, FACOOG tends to women through puberty, pregnancy, menopause, and all stages in between at Premier Women’s Health in Mansfield, Texas.

In 2017, Dr. Kollar welcomed good friend and nurse practitioner Magen Hutchins to her practice. Together, they support the women in their community with their personalized, attentive style of medical care. Dr. Kollar is thrilled to introduce the Emface in Mansfield, Texas as an option for her patients.

Her personal interests include spending time with her family, swimming, relaxing in the Texas outdoors, and watching movies.

Magen Hutchins, RNC, WNHP-BC

Magen Hutchins, RNC, WHNP-BC graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After starting in Labor and Delivery at Methodist Charlton, she practiced under Dr. Dean for 10 years. While working, she received her Masters in Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas.

In 2017, Magen joined Premier Women’s Health with Dr. Kollar, her friend since they both started at Methodist Charlton Medical Center in 2004.

Magen resides in Midlothian, Texas with her husband Phillip, a Registered Nurse, her 3 children, her German Shepherd, Max, and Maine Coon cat, Meeko. Magen enjoys reading, traveling, hanging with her family/friends/co-workers, and watching her kids play sports.
